Ensar, you made a lot of valid points. I often say to 'perfume' friends that their oud is synthetic. They don't seem to like hearing that, even though I have not commented on the smell of the fragrances themselves... :)

Funny tales explains how Ensar Oud propagated the Oud note in perfumery in the West an interesting video. Perhaps would be a good idea to do a video on different types of Oud and how they differ. If there are Cambodian Oud, Kinam, Oud Suleiman, Oud Musa, Oud Zakarriyya agarwoods,Vietnamese Oud. How are they different from one another please? I guess I will have to use my nose if Im lucky. Also it is true that often times perfumes have oud on the title however my nose detect no Agarwood in it.

And Roja goes around saying that they use exclusively real oud, if I recall correctly. I would think most "Oud" perfumes are 100% synthetic oud or in rare cases a modicum of real oud on top of synthetic oud at best. I am okay with that to some extent. If it smells good it smells good. But I won't delude myself actually thinking I got the real deal. I feel like Oud/Aoud has become more of a style of perfume akin to fougere, chypre, aquatic, etc than actually denominating oud as an ingredient even. I wish I had more money so I could get one of the Ensar Oud perfumes. But I will need to save up a bit for even getting a tester of EO1 and EO2 each. I wish Oud and those quality ingredients were not so damn pricey.

Roja Dove is a clown in Oud Business! He brought Oud Marketing to the west but not the raw material... The only one who brought pur oud oil to the west is Ensar! The quality of Ensars products is amazing...
