I've always said that working in my yard and gardening are the best physical and psycho therapies I know of.. plus the extra vitamin D helps keep away the dullsies... SAD is a real thing to me and more than 2 days inside is way too much.... don't even have to go to the gym now either... saving monies all the way around... home grown veggies and fruits much better than store bought...got my love of gardening from my mom and grandmother, and glad to say both my girls now enjoy it as well.... pass it on...

Yeah, they usually drop their videos at 7 am (U.S. Eastern time zone) and this one dropped two hours later than normal. I am in south-eastern Washington, high desert, zone 7b. I have been binging your videos all weekend. I recently bought my first house and have a lovely flower garden thanks to the previous home owners. I planted a vegetable garden and its done ok but I realized I should have bio-toned.
