Be careful with the Blood Meal it can burn young plants with the quick release nitrogen. Neem Seed Meal is another good slow source of nitrogen (also acts as pest control in the soil). I blend slow and fast release amendments with worm castings and mix in the top lair around the plants each month. Down To Earth has a good line up.
