Thanks for this! I've been getting cracks under each toe where they meet my foot. It kills me. You surprised me with the lotion, I wouldn't have thought the cracking was from being dry because they didn't feel dry. I'll try these tips hopefully it helps.

@@ThomasSteed for the most part yes! there are still times during the busy season when I get a split under my pinkie toe, i think it might be the sheer number of hours im on my feet on the concrete floor. But a lot better!

Try changing your socks out at lunch, and try and rotate 2 pairs of shoes/boots 1day on 1 day off, so your shoes have a chance to dry out if you haven't already. Oh, and spraying some Lysol in them every now and then will help kill bacteria and fungal growth.
