I have seen a lot of people having the same issue in a lot of dell models too, and I am also one of them, what I think is, this problem is from drivers for sure, when we uninstall the i2c device from device manager and restart the PC it magically starts working but after some hours or days you have to do the same and it works every time, did it get solved for you permanently by replacing those resistors?

my Hp Envy 15 laptop showing the problem that I2C hid driver problem that's why screen touch not working, I've installed windows 10 & 11 but it's not worked. then an engineer opened my laptop and plugged off bios battery then connect it then it automatically working screen touch, but after few day its again not working and sometimes working screen touch, so what can i do now? how i can repair it permanently? please help me out...😢
