What about my stache? In other news, I was on a CPAP for the last 18 years. This year, I cut out processed foods, seed oils, etc. and I've lost nearly 100lbs, and for the last 2 months I have been sleeping without CPAP. God be praised.

I started doing this when I saw you tweet about it a while back. Similarly positive experience for me. Whoop recoveries up just over 10% on average. Fewer bathroom visits during the night. Thank you.

I breathe through my mouth I know it's not good for the brain but I can't do anything against mouth breathing I follow you on Twitter You are the reason I know about mouth tapping and then I researched about mouth tapping and found out how important mouth tapping is Mouth breathing not only causes problems for oral health but also changes your faceshape, jawline,chin and you over breathe may cause anxiety, stress. Tysm for sharing your experience 12:08 This has happened me too, try mouth tapping vertically, I didn't feels like I stick on my mouth somthing

Great! I read about this in the book "BREATH" and have been thinking of doing it for a while now. I've been working on my breathing and have already noticed a great improvement in my health. Interestingly enough, I also have the same dentist problems, grinding my teeth, got a mouth guard but hate it, and want to deal with the problem at the root, not cover up symptoms. So I will try mouth taping now!

Nice! A good guy to follow is Dr. Mark Burhenne He’s the Michael jordan of functional dentistry and the guy who taught me about mouth tape.

Amazing summary, you’ve convinced me! I would love to see your input on root canals, too - are they safe or is it better to change it with an implant?

I have mild sleep apnea/snore. Grind teeth a lot. So got a mouth gaurd and it has a gap to breath. I think I mouth breath a lot and since, my tonsils are real bad and I get sick a lot. I am going to commit to this and see what happens.

Nice. Keep me posted on what happens!

I have sleep apnea most likely. I need a sleep study and I have HORRIBLE year long allergies so I can barely breathe through my nose.

I find it very difficult to actually fall asleep at night, but when I sleep I am fine. Does anyone think taping my mouth would help?

I've been mouth taping for about 7 weeks now and I was really liking it. However, the past week or so I've noticed increased jaw pain, I assume due to my jaw fighting against the tape. It's frustrating because I think the mouth taping is helping with certain things, but the jaw pain now is worse and causing headaches again. I'm not sure whether I should stick with it or let it go.

Not sure what that is and I’ve never heard about this with mouth taping. Would check with a doc.

Very interesting. Do folks that have sleep apnea and currently use a CPAP tape in lieu of the CPAP or using CPAP and taping?
@danfounder2 жыл бұрын
Don’t quote me on this but I’ve heard of people use it with CPAP
