3 - no food 3h before bed 2 - no liquids 2h before bed 1 - no bluelight exposure 1h before bed

When you run every morning, go to work. Lift weight, ride a bike. You sleep pretty good.😂

Thank you Dan for this video… I have time management problem so was sleeping at 12am… now I am rescheduling dinner time and based on your video I strongly feel I will improve my quality of sleep apart from getting to bed on time. I have been exercising a bit too much and focused on diet but left out the sleep aspect and yes, performance dips and so do fitness goals. Pls do keep sharing and thank you for reverting to my email.

another helpful video. Never thought about drinks, but I bet if I not only stopped eating but limited myself to only water 3hr before bed that'd help me. Soda, juice, alcohol all probably force the body to digest while water does not.
