Sharing this just in case it helps someone else. I also recently started reading the Bible, and I found a KZbin channel called BibleUnbound that has helped me understand some of the stories. Listening to Bible study podcasts and taking notes also helps. I’ve found that reading the Old Testament as a foreshadowing of the New Testament helped me make many connections. Anyway, thank you for sharing Bramty! It’s beautiful to see influencers finding their way to Jesus. God bless you ❤

I wakeup in the mornings when the house is still and everyone is still asleep. I light a candle sit at my table and I say a prayer. I write in a journal how I am feeling. between my prayer, thoughts & feelings I get a sense of what I NEED sometimes nothing is needed but most times there's something. I then find a scripture, write the scripture underneath and then follow up with what that scripture taught me, is telling me and what I take from it! IT HAS BEEN A GAME CHANGER. keeps me grounded throughout the day. I love this episode and so happy for you

Bramty, thank you so much for this video. I cried because we are close in age and basically going through the same thing. My mom takes my son to church while she watches him. I don’t go to church. My son brings up God and how we need to thank him and praise him.
