I have pcos as well. I had severe hair fall and mood swings. I took treatment for 6 months. My doctor has reduced the dosage now. I'm only eating home food. Rice is included in my diet because I'm a south Indian. I'm following Chloe ting 2 weeks shred challenge.it was so difficult but got easier after a week. Reduced 2 kgs but it isn't consistent. I'm going for a 30 min walk as well in the evening. This problem is very common now a days, so, whoever facing this problem, don't stress out. Eat healthy. Exercise. Hopefully helps anyone reading this. ☺️

I came to know I have PCOS last year after I put on 5 kgs. I've always been really thin and underweight so putting on weight was bothering me. I don't eat a lot of junk food. When I was studying in UK, I cooked for myself and hardly ate outside. But that was like 5-6 years ago. In the last couple of years, I've gained 10 kgs. I'm 174 cms tall so it doesn't look like a lot but it is to me. I try to eat as healthy as possible, but nothing is changing for me. I'm going to be 30 in 5 months and still get crazy breakouts. I try to workout but I get tired too easily. Me, a sportsperson with a really high metabolism can't workout for more than 15 mins anymore. I'm just hoping I can lose 10 kgs soon so I can be less sad on my birthday 🙄 It's easy to point fingers at someone who has gained weight and body shaming them but no one bothers to know the reason behind it. You're brave for sharing your story with so many people and I hope you'll be able to control PCOS too ❤😘

I wish every woman going through this journey can maintain the same kind of mindset. Although there is a change in your looks because of what has been going on in your body but believe you me, your personality has never been better than this. Same pretty smile and same old willpower. Time pe khana, sona and stress free rehna. I have PCOS from past 3 years and kabhi thik hota h then again aa jata h due to lifestyle. It is totally depends on lifestyle. Just don't change your routine for just 4 or 5 months do it for lifetime with Gynecologist & dermatologist. EAT HEALTHY, SLEEP ON TIME AND BE ALWAYS HAPPY. TAKE CARE.
