This diet is indicative. It talks about basic principles of including complex carbohydrates in form of grains, fruits and vegetables, plant based proteins, foods rich in anti oxidants and use of fats ingrained in food. You can have your own permutations and combinations base on your culture and preferences. We have used this diet in many of our patients and found amazing results .

🔴 Waking up early 6 am or 6:30 am 🔴 A glass of water (Curry leaves, Fenugreek seeds water, or cinnamon ginger lemon tea) 🔴 Workout and do go out for a walk 🔴 Breakfast (300-400 Cal) ◼ Cheela with vegetables ( for flour use besan or Makki) ◼ Poha or Upma 🔴 Drink ( any healthy smoothie) 100-150 Cal 🔴 Lunch (250-300 Cal) ◼ sprouts salad ◼moong dal salad ◼fruit bowl with seeds 🔴 mid snack (80-100 Cal) ◼ lemon water ◼ green tea ◼ roasted almonds or walnuts 🔴 Dinner (300-400 Cal) ◼ Rice with dal ◼ Khichdi 🔴 Post dinner walk 🔴 Bedtime have cinnamon water 🔴 Do breathing exercises and meditation and some yoga

A healthy life style is really beneficial.. I was suffering with pcod since last 5 years. In this 5 years I took medicine I did exercise bt found no result. I watch this video just before 2 month ago. Since then I lead a healthy life like wake up at early morning, 30 minute morning walk, 30 minute exercise, taking food in a exact time daily, sleep at night early. I remove oily foods, fried food and not bt the list is maida. And now I am cured . My period is cycling properly without any medicine. From my experience I would only say that not only exercise a good diet and a healthy lifestyle is very important

I want to share here that i hv PCOD since 10yrs now and conceived naturally after a 1hr walk or 1/2hr jog. I am having a 6yr old daughter but still i have pcod , irregular periods and chin hair increased. I try my best to start on healthy diet but due to lifestyle and stress iam not able to follow any healthy way diet. I wish i would make up my mind and start taking care of my health soon !!!!

This is really helpful. I have been suffering with PCOD since last 6 years now. And what I have realised is its very necessary to balance your lifestyle. I exercise regularly and take my diet seriously, avoid fast food ... so I used to think I am healthy but got diagnosed with pcod recently... the thing that was lacking in my case is sleep. I hardly get 4-5 hours of sleep and stress factor is present too Lesson learned, lifestyle does play a key role in your health

@@sapnathakur7604 I try to get 8 hours of sleep. I go to bed early for this reason but even after that I fall asleep roughly around 1:30 or 2 am and I have to wake up at 6 am ... hence the sleep deprivation

I had cured my pcod.But lost a lot of weight and become thinner than before and this is what I didn't want. What I was doing is completely having plant based food.. But living in a family where they all have their own taste of food (spicy an all, which one don't prefer) it become difficult to follow sometimes. And also.. It's hard to buy fresh vegetables and fruits sometime..i some time wasn't able to go and buy vegetables and fruits and hence..... I rather sleep without eating anything than to eat something that I know not good for my health and this drastically impacted my weight . But now I got the reason, I will definitely try to follow this but still that buying fresh food in this era of pesticides and chemical is hard and during this lockdown period it becomes even harder. And yeah, one this I want to suggest.. (If someone is reading it) ma'am has suggested to go for a walk post dinner... Yeah with that you just do one thing... Look at the sky, the moon and stars.. And try to connect yourself.. Like just feel the soothing light of the moon and praise it for the beauty it has. 😊 .... Stare it for few minutes. And just say it bye to meet the next day. It will not only help you to get relief from stress but also help you feel the ecstasy within you. Just try it. And lastly I would like to thank you ma'am. I'm grateful that this video was being recommended to me. Thanks for the wonderful diet plan. 😄 .. And if anybody has the solution for this buying vegetables ...please do share.

Exercise. 1) meditation 2) yoga and simple exercise 3) eat lots of seasonal fruits, veges. 4) total plant based diet 5 ) sprouts and some healthy and easy meal. Less spicy. Infact I avoid spicy food. And she the video itself clears everything. Just follow it. Mind full eating habit will help you. Go for it.

Really helpful video. Doctor, I'm a 12th standard student and simultaneously preparing for JEE . I was recently diagnosed with pcod and I don't notice any gain in my weight (I'm 160cm and 50 kg). One prime reason for pcod is lack of physical activity. If you r not able to follow diet , try exercise 20 to 30 mins every day. Seated in front of laptop / books all the time is not good

@@ModernSuryakanthaminCanada it's based on the severity and your condition... I started from 2018 but since 2019 I followed the diet plan with surya namaskar, yoga and meditation religiously. Since 2020 i hv continue monthly cycles and balance hormones.... But one of my friend managed her symptoms within a month may be her condition is not severe.

Simplest and best way to manage the PCOS is eat less cook and process food ..... that is more intake of water make you feel full and less starving and lots of fruits..... make you avoid junk food ...... no cooking its good way to be ob this thing...... exercises normal' walk due to lack of physical activity we are suffering from PCOS........ what i telling you genuinely help me to reduce weight and stress free and reduce PCOS..... genuinely......but continuosly need this effort....add green veggies......you need protein..... u can have fish and chicken good for skin ...

One cup rice is good..take in lunch time instead so that calories can b burnt throughout the day ..at night we don't need those calories!!

What you're saying about white rice is contradictory to everything that's advised for PCOS. White rice causes a big spike in insulin levels whereas brown rice is slow in increasing insulin. Complex carbs are always better than simple carbs like white rice with a condition like PCOS. Also, there's not enough protein in these meals. The plate method is ancient but still a great way to see if everything you're consuming

Thankyou so much Ma’am, I’m so glad I came across this video . I’ve been trying gluten-free and dairy-free diet for a while now but I always ended up eating them after all because of lack of options. Influenced by the western culture, it was a lot difficult to find the western food in local markets . This diet plan is really easy , feasible and exciting. It’s so good to know that I finally will be able to have a simpler diet which is readily available .

It's challenging for me to avoid cow's milk (my parents don't want me to leave it as it's the common source of calcium along with other vital vitamins and we have pure milk in our house everyday) and its products (curd/mattha is my favourite part of meal).. Once I tried soyabean milk as a substitute for cow's milk but I just couldn't finish it. Your videos are of great help. Ma'am please make a complete video on hisrutism.

Go to an ayurvedic doctor..he will prescribe you medicine..but pls dont use allopathy it will worsen your conditionUse kanchnar kashaya,masturin syrph ,gnil tablets for pcos I have fully cured my pcos in just two months...all these are ayurvedic medicines and have no sideff

I am diagnosed with pcod and taking the treatment from aturvedic doctor It could not be said that i do not exercise i am a bharatnatyam dancer and practice daily for an hour but my weight is gaining too much i am now i 11th std have a little bit more stress of study but i will try to follow this diet for a week then will see the results I am not feeling comfortable to stand infront of my collage friends because of my weight I am 5'6 and 73 kg

Losing weight will decrease bust size increasing weight will increase bust size . No amount of cream and jellies would help . You can definitely try out some exercisess that would help

Great video. Should have done this a long time ago... Been healthy, but mostly eating once a day which is not great... Has to be balanced... I have been doing a healthy style diet for a month now and for the first time ever my period is not painful as it was before and I didn't have to take medicine to control the heavy pain....that's amazing.... It's just difficult to follow the timing when at work but trying..
