Love following your journey, all versions of you :) This video got me emotional. 1. Because im also on a health journey, working out and eating balanced diet. But one obstacle hits, and i end up binging or overeating to feel better in the moment and then again i feel bad about impacting my own fitness and health journey. I love to eat my feelings :(
