For UK subscribers.... I am an experienced and successful hairstylist - this is exactly like the DIVA HOT POD, seems exactly the same it's what I use on myself and client, works quite a bit quicker and no need for tongs afterwards..... I've never commented on videos before... But hair is very important to me!. Absolutely love Chloe!!!!!! superbly inspiring :) x

The hot rollers added volume, since the rollers we're so big the less hair wrapped around the rollers there fore the lack of curl. She didn't want curly hair she wanted big hair

When you use any type of clip to hold any type of hair roller in place you ALWAYS get "grip marks". The style looks good except the grip marks, even though they are not that visible I can see them only because I know they are there. I find it is always better to use a small duck click inserted at the base at an angle to avoid "grip marks". This hair roller system looks like something I would definitely use, (depending on the price of the unit and the individual rollers, I would like more large rollers..) I love velcro rollers and the dots to indicate when they are cool is a really good feature, also they heat up extremely fast. The final result, a very subtle gorgeous wave which I love with long hair, is beautiful....and the model is very pretty, love the video:)

Nice video. But perhaps if you hadn't brushed it out after the curlers were off, and just touseled it with your hands instead, you would not have to recurl with the hot iron.

Your hair setting skill with hot rollers is awesome. One year ago my only comment is that the unit was much too large and bulky. As soon as I saw you take out that giant white case, I was like, whaaa that is massive! But now I see that's a damn nice set. It's a great hair roller set. The Caruso hair setting is similar but uses steam.

Came to youtube to look for confirmation that I should buy these as I'm in the UK currently and they're much better priced here, but this vid has tipped me over into the "no" camp. I don't think such an expensive set of rollers should require a second go-through with a curling wand. That's not at all efficient.

I think that was a really well executed demo - I especially liked the sort of split-screen action so that you could actually see the rollers in the O. Hi, nice tutorial. Small tip: if you use the smaller curlers where you want more of the curl (top and front sides), you wouldn't have to use the iron at the end. Smaller curlers will give you more texture and curls, big just volume.

great vid, on an interesting new product.I noticed that the rollers had velcro on them which is cool so they are easier than other ceramic rollers that the hair slides off if your not a pro. I feel like this set is fool prof but i do agree the results aren't that amazing, perhaps with some back combing. Perhaps though mention the price and a little about the company before hand so that people can get a better idea as well as wether or not you where endorsed to do this as good for you if you are but i would like to know cause it didn't really feel like a review just a how to. would really like to know all up how long all this takes you. You really are a joy to watch Chole

Caruso has a more effective style of getting shiny bouncy curls. the same style of spongy curlers are used that you steam one at a time on a compact unit that you fill with water..Each curler has a plastic cover that encases 1/2 the curler ensuring heat transference into the hair shaft...The styled hair is shiny, smooth, bouncy and soft. Amazon sells it along with replacement curlers..

For the price of the O Pod and the rollers, I would expect to achieve the finished look shown here WITHOUT having to use another product as well (the wand). Very disappointed that the rollers do not do a full hair styling job by themselves.
@peekaboots018 жыл бұрын
+Teddy Burr I think they did, she just wanted to add a bit more to it but I think all the hair product weighed it down a bit, just a bit. The finished result is good. I like her setting skills.

+Ambereenii My hair used to be your length and it is VERY thick and strait like wire, hard to curl. The ONLY roller set that worked on my hair is the carusso steam curlers, it is AMAZING the curl stays in until the next day even, and it is sort of the same concept as this system, you steam each individual curler. To save money (its not that expensive new) I would but the steamer used on online if you can find it, and then buy the curlers new online, and never leave the water in the steamer, always dump it out after each use. I remember the frustration not being able to find rolles that worked with long thick hair, Hope this info. helps you like it did me:)

I love how voluminous your hair looks but for the double process of rollers and iron I would have thought there would be more intense curls. I was all set to get the O but when the rollers came out and the curl was so minimal I changed my mind! If you wanted to get a wavier look what do you do?
