hey buddy I scored 77% in my graduation (India) ...i dont know whats my GPA ..in WES tool its showing 4...whereas some websites r showing its 3.3 ....in indian universities its unlikely to score more than 80% and the minimum passing marks are 40 ...do u have any idea how finish universities calculate GPA?

They calculate them on a scale of 5. Max GPA is 5. So WES is showing you correct GPA out of 5.

There is no application fee. You can apply through studyinfo.fi site. Admissions will start on November 2023 for the next intake and yes there are handsome options for scholarships in Finland. University doesn't disclose the total number of scholarships. However, there are different scholarships like 100%, 80%, 50% etc depend on the course and the university. The better your academic profile is the higher is the chance to win a scholarship.
