Awesome bro, Majority comes with a mindset of earning and PR. But they forget about life beyond part-time and labor jobs. I am in IT and what you have mentioned is true and to the point. In tech firms reference can buy you an interview but bagging the job is purely on the skillset, glad you are blessed by waheguru to have this clarity in mind.
