Mushrooms are very medicinal. This is why anybody familiar with psilocybin and any other kind of fungi will tell you, "They are alive." They have a very ancient wisdom. To my experience, all mushrooms have always said, "Pay attention to your life. How you think, how you feel, and what will you do with the information that you always knew, but now are seeing in this point of view." This is why mushrooms are so respected in tribal cultures. This mental health treatment works for me too. Half micro doses do the trick for me. At least a few days at a time with lengthy time in between. Never addictive. Thank you for sharing this point!

Love these videos. I come from the hospitality industry and it’s insane to me the percentage of people who smoke/vape (and drink copious amounts) just to get through the day compared to their counterparts. I came from working as a busser in clubs to serving in a fine dining restaurant and let me tell you, serving (or working any customer facing jobs in general) will make you an addict if you don’t have the mental fortitude to not be easily influenced. Most people working these jobs are super impressionable and young so I can’t help but feel that the rise and popularity of nicotine has the hospitality industry to thank partly. I began smoking cigarettes in college 6 years ago. When I dropped out, the smoking was infrequent but when I began working service jobs that’s when I got curious and began looking for a way to cope with the constant stress of people making demands they have no business making. The puff bars were my introduction. Then came airbars, then gummies, then juul but that shit is expensive as fuck even though it absolutely rips. I haven’t been working as of late and by proxy I have not been able to afford my addiction. I could get it for free at my local delis but I haven’t done that. This is like my 9th or 10th attempt at quitting. Every time I try to quit the gnawing, teeth clenching urges kick in and the withdrawal gets so bad I start having hunger pangs, headaches, lack of sleep and energy. Not to mention I can be the biggest asshole when I’m irritable and I try really hard to be self aware of that. I’ve been off of nicotine for about almost a month and it sucks but I’m really trying to power through. I do feel clear-headed but the urge to hit a vape gnaws at me every now and then. Good luck to anyone quitting sorry for the long ass read lol

I used to smoke cigarettes a lot, like a pack a day, I started because of my mom/grandma being HEAVY smokers. Like the kinds you look at and question how are they not dead yet. I didn't start until I was 17, almost 18, and my mom would buy mine since they recently changed the law. About 2 years ago I switched to vaping since they taste and smell better, every time one of my non smoker friends would ask me about my vape I'd say no. They'd ask why so I'd tell them about how nic sick I got at first but when you push through it you get to a point that you feel like shit not doing it and when that happens it's going to be glued to your hand. I sleep with mine under my pillow, I rip it before sleep, in the middle of the night when I wake up and first thing in the morning. Vaping imo is a lot harder to quit than cigarettes mainly because of how easy it is to use and if someone wants to hit mine they have to already be a nic addict. There is no way in hell I'm going to be giving someone that first step into this addiction.

There's two sides to this. Taking up vaping and getting addicted to nicotine is dumb, but vaping helped me quit a 25 year pack-a-day smoking habit. I only vaped for about three years, and during that time, I gradually tapered my nicotine strength down from 12mg to 0.5mg, and then to no nicotine at all. The change was so gradual that I experienced no discomfort whatsoever. I'm about to hit seven years of not smoking, and four years since I quit vaping. If you don't already smoke, don't start vaping, but if you do smoke, then vaping might be your way out. Just look at it as a temporary thing to help you quit, like gum or patches (except it actually works). Oh, and pod systems use nicotine salts. If you use one of those, try to switch to a conventional vape device that uses the liquid. It still hits the spot, but it seems to be less addictive and easier to wean yourself off of than the pod systems.

Smoked my first cigarettes at age 6. Stole and smoked a whole pack of Malboros in my aunts purse over a couple hours in my grandma's backyard. Started smoking normally from 17 to 20, started vaping 21 to 24, finally decided one day as I unconsciously reached for my vape that it had completely overtaken me. I would reach for it without having any prior conscious thought about needing or wanting it. My arm would just go for it on a regular interval. Quit cold turkey but gave in to nicotine gum/lozenges. Did that for 6 months without smoking or vaping. Then I got a call from my sister during a long drive I was making and chose to buy a pack of Newports just for the drive. Then i Smoked them all. Then I bought more. And finally last week I went and bought a vape again. I feel like I know it's gonna overtake me again and I'll make the same choice again so I'm gonna let myself fuck around for a few months and hopefully around summer, I'll just randomly decide one day to go back to nicotine lozenges. I'm a procrastinator more than any person I've ever met so I'll get around to fully quitting nicotine but it'll probably be a solid year from now before I'm even really weening off the nicotine lozenges. I'll get there. But for now, this Grape PacksPod tastes amazing. 🤣

i had a mild seizure after hitting an elf bar too much at once, and after vaping for 4 years that was finally my sign to quit. i've been clean for over a month. you always think "that will never happen to me!" until it happens to you. be safe out there.
@frankferrero5827 Жыл бұрын
Any proof that the mild seizure was cause from vaping? Doubt you have any. Former smokers still at risk even thou they quit smoking,on top of that other factors come to play that can give you a mild seizure.....vaping is not one of them. Maybe maybe just maybe if you're a moron that chain vapes 50mg nic and huffs and puffs 20.000 times a day....maybe i don't know,no studies have been done about that because: a) that ain't normal b)only a moronic junkie would do so c)not physically possible Take your pick. P.S: Stop spreading lies,all you doing is hurting us ADULTS that need vaping so we don't go back to smoking. By adults i mean none disposable users who use only 3 or 6mg of nic.

I’m trying to quit, 5 years in it now… don’t start and you won’t struggle. If you have… every day without it is one step closer to a better you and a healthier future. Remember what air feels like in your lungs… I don’t know about you but I rather breath that for as long as possible rather than vape… addiction is so hard.

Oh lord, that logic of “If my mom smokes, so should I” was something my mom’s friend told her when I was small. She stopped smoking around me when I was young, and I would guilt-trip her about being a bad influence whenever I caught her smoking. Couldn’t stand the smell, so I never started-thank goodness I lived before vapes.

And also the ultimate form of nicotine is nicotine pouches it's amazingly strong and can be taken anywhere without getting noticed. Also no tobacco so the only sid effect is a nice sting in the beginning and a little receding gums but hav been taking for 3 years and it's not noticeable when comparing sides

My brother actually has an 2 unopened mint box’s and 3 unopened mango box’s and an unused juul. The second he heard the news about them getting banned he strait up begged me for money and ran to the gas station near us and bought them he did smoke like one box of each flavor as kind of a farewell to the flavor. He’s planning on selling them soon for a fuck ton more.
