Minh, candidates that have a strong interview performance are typically presented to HC. If this is for a specific role, a hiring manager will write a statement of support on your behalf. HC will review all the feedback and provide one of three results. Yes, No, or Maybe. Yes, and you will move on to Executive Committee. No is a stopping point and rarely this decision is changed. Maybe means more information to get more data, this means more interviews. The success rates vary greatly based on the role, but if we are casting a really wide net. 40% Yes, 40% No, 20% Maybe. I hope this helps!

Alka, thank you for your feedback. I have received more than one request to do a BSA video, so it is something I will definitely consider. My comment for BSA's is that much like many roles today, your ability to collaborate and problem solve are going to be critical to success. Think about some unique strategies you have utilized to obtain information and how you build trust/rapport with others. I hope this helps!

Someone sent me a email, I sent them my resume the next week (I had to do a update it had been awhile) after sending the resume the next week I got a interview, but... I'm not sure how I need to approach this interview. I haven't really been tactical with how I did interviews and I usually go off the dome and just do it. I only did research on how they interview cause the recruiter sent me a email. For this one time I am going to try this studying for a interview and see how it goes for me. I haven't done it before cause I always felt like studying for a interview was a bit unnatural but I'm gonna see if it gives me more confidence on the actual interviews.

Piku Sarker, I prefer not to share my compensation, but my strong recommendation is that we do share our compensation with colleagues in like roles. Some people agree with this philosophy and others do not, but I openly shared my compensation with my colleagues at Google. Thanks!
