You can either intern at an established fashion studio or tailoring Shop where they use patterns for their clients work and learn while you’re there. Or apply for scholarship programs that can fund your education

I can’t give a specific number, because I did both Diploma & B.A. and the exchange rate wasn’t in my parents favour. But depending on the school, the tuition could be around £10,000 or more

Thank you so much for this post, saw it at a time am strongly considering resigning my job to follow my dreams. You are blessed to have parents that are supportive. I have also trained locally but will like to acquire international training to better equip me and i have been saving to this effect. You're welcome Tochi. The student Visa allows to work to some extent but not full time work. It depends on your course and school. Maybe see if you can apply for scholarships.
