Thank you for sharing your experience, Paul, it might save someone's life. I am serious. Some people might not even realize they have this addiction, and that it might destroy their health and even their private life. For example, I have dinner with a friend, and she is on her smartphone all the time watching some loud and annoying videos or playing games... It looks horrific from the side, and this person might not even realize it. And she is an adult person, I can ask her once not to do it. But if she shows her disrespect by repeating it, I just quit such a relationship. I have better ideas of spending my free time, than being abused by someone (and IT IS AN ABUSE!). Videos like yours are adding great value to changing the world for the better. It was also very brave to admit you did something wrong in the past, only the bravest and the strongest man could do it. Especially now, when you overcame it, you are even stronger! I also still have some bad habits. If my friends didn't draw my attention to it, I wouldn't be even aware of them... It wasn't pleasant to find out those things, because sometimes we think of ourselves better than we are ;) But I'm working to become the best version of myself. Big hug and kisses! You are the best!
