You were smart enough to use PayPal. .....You were slightly dumb when you could not access the courier page yourself to track the package and you paid the balance. PayPal & Visa credit cards have to refund your money if you do not receive the item,by law. Always use them to pay and you'll never loose money. Consider yourself lucky, you learn't your lesson and got woken up to this over a small 150 bucks. If it's at all possible only pay for something when you see it and it's given to you or the service has been provided in it's entirety. If you ever pay by Debit Card / Cash / Western Union etc and it all goes wrong you've had it ! This was a good video for a lot of people to see - Thanks for being man enough to post it....."Respect"....all the way from London !

PayPal usually sides with buyers and good thing you used goods and services. A word of advice when buying from the internet because I know it can be frustrating, is ask for multiple pictures. Legit sellers want to make the sale as smooth as possible and also make sure the correspondence is in a timely manner.

Sorry you got scammed, dude. Happens to the best of us. Now, from a turboed Saab owner to another, and as far as inter-coolers go... get a cheap one from ebay. You can get one like the one I got for like $100 brand new, straight from Chinaland and it will work exactly the same as the more expensive ones. Good luck with your mods. :)

I got this particular one because it would just about fit where the old one was, and let me keep the AC. 2.5 inch diameter in/outlets I choose because that's about all I could fit in there. Also remember the dimensions given are usually for the core alone, so you have to add about 200mm/8inches to the length to account for the side channels.

If I was made of money, I would have got an IC from one of the Saab specialists like Maptun or Abbott, to name only the first few that spring to mind. But those cost like 6 times more, and they can't realistically perform 6 times better. They just use the existing mounting points and let you keep the stock hoses. I'm not paying $500 for that, thank you very much. :D

You need to get in touch with petrolheads from Australia or around South East Asia for any EVO parts because there so common at the breakers yard plus the exchange rate will make it cheaper.Good Luck.

www.do88.se/en has an uppgrade intercooler that is bolt on for the 9-3. although it is a bit expensive since it is retail. but for bolt on no modifications needed to be done it is nice :)

Contact your credit card company, their protection is usually a lot better than Paypals. Paypal may rule in your favour but will only refund you if he has a balance on his account. Paypal holds the money for most accounts.I have had good experience with that over 150 transactions on facebook over high end knives. Use goods and services paypal, and really 1 payment is easier to keep track of too.

I got scammed too, from a member of SaabCentral. He said it was a forge intercooler and he let it go for $250. It looked legit. Came in and it wasn't Forge. Wasn't ETS. It wasn't any brand. I couldn't even install it because there were no mounting points. He did the same thing to another member. Sold a turbo and when the guy got it it was a broken piece of shit.
