I remember meeting him in college, he had come for a lecture series and then met with the grad students. On one of my projects, I had to come up with a design for a music school, his style inspired me to create different sections of the building as musical instruments. Never realized how much music made an impact on his life. He is truly one of the best and a legend!

During my college days, I get bored in our class with regards to history of Architecture, don't appreciated it much..for me, the important that time was to finished the plates on time and passed the subject. Now when I watch this, it amazed me...every angle, curves, edges and everything expressed art, feelings, and stories. Now I know why Brad Pitt adore him, and I envied that he got the chance to met and learned from the legend Frank Ghery.

Hey, I'm into my 4th year of architecture school. When you major in architecture you will take studio classes were you design, draw, build, and present your work. This class is were your classmates become your family since you will spend many hours there and will be your main class . I would highly recommend taking that class towards the beginning of your college so you can know people in every class, work on assignments with them, etc.

Sometimes we see a thing and say it is firmly built and then see another thing and say what's wrong with that building, firmly building is any building that follow the principles of architecture that widely agreed among architects, on the other hand, any building miss such principles people would hesitate to accept it. Art and Architecture are similar and different at the same time, How, would take time to say how. thanks.

Frank Gehry is my idol in architecture , studying architecture i found it not interesting but knowing him motivate me in this industry and hopefully praying to GOD I want to be a great architect like him . Like theres people like Gehry & Zaha Hadid & Norman foster etc.... make architecture not architecture makes them their name is a brand we don't say architect Frank Gehry no we say only Frank Gehry those are the legends who don't build building no they create a lifestyle and new technique they are so unique by mixing humanity with art and science and creativity to build a masterpiece .

@Małgorzata Bogusław To be an architect you need to have a (creativity) and the meaning of creativity is the opposite of every single word you said , sir creativity is open mind and clear heart knowing and respecting every element in this earth and the first element is( humanity ) that many architects famous architects talk about it many times , Humanity is respecting other people's opinion and believes and knowing theres deferent cultures and deferent minds and thats what make the world unique so architecture . To be an architect not great one but only architect you shouldn't put any boundaries right ? then how com you create a very superficial boundary that a person who believe in GOD is not going to be successful in architecture without any reasonable proof or even logical words that is so superficial and poor , and its funny because you never meet me and don't know me and you judged me even though i didn't say anything bad toward you and yes I believe in GOD and yes you don't believe in god but I respect you and love you ;) .

For the benefit of those high school kids interested in this profession, there is rampant fallacy held by people including myself before I entered architecture school that architects are technical people in traditional STEM sense in addition to working with aesthetics but that is complete false. Architecture education in US is 99% humanities discipline i.e. art, history and english with virtually no science classes to receive a diploma.
