Agents never ask for money until they get u to a trial or guarantee u a deal. After then u are allowed to pay them. Also even if u got an agent they can't pass the international policy without u qualifying for more than 15 points. So unless ur a player for the national team there is no way u would pass the international policy bs. Even though the EPL are missing out on many good players it's still not the best choice to develop as they barely play young debutants. So the only thing I'd tell u, mate, is to try getting the contacts of other European countries like Spain, Italy, Germany, Netherlands and Denmark.
