Ah thank you for speaking out about the ego lift, like she said a correct form will get you better progress in the long run instead of heavy weights and having shit form won’t really get you anywhere, listen to her yall I just started a couple weeks ago and she’s 100% right it takes time and effort. From my experience I started adding weights on my hip thrust after 3 weeks by doing my glutes 3x a week, consistency and time is KEY.

you should make a what i eat in a day video because ik protein is very important if u want your glutes to grow and i struggle to take the correct amount of protein each day but this video helped me learn sm on form !

If your doing 3x8 your gonna be be doing the exercise 3 times for 8 reps. So your gonna do your exercise once and do the exercise on a count of 8, and that counts as 1 set

I know people always say not to switch your workouts up too much so If you are hitting legs 3x a week for example , Do you use 1 set routine for all 3 days or 3 different routines for the 3 different days

depends, like if you’re doing legs all 3 days , you can do 2 glute focused days and a quad focused day , and structure your workouts according to the muscle you’re hitting

Personally I would stick to 2 legs days. One day could be a Glute & Quads and the other day could be a Glute Focused day. You want to make sure your giving your muscles enough time to rest! Don’t over work yourself!
