L Holland don't use Instant Rice. Use Organic Rice, if not Organic Rice just make sure you rinse rice good before letting the Rice ferment. But do not use Instant Rice. I spray my hair every day so that wld be my liquid (L.O.C) then I apply my oils which is olive oil, coconut oil, and jamaican black castrol ( mixed together). I then apply my leave in Cantu conditioner. Now I believe my hair is a mix of 4a 4b and 4c, but have no idea lol let's just say real n**** hair. Hope that helped.

Even when you have protective styles just mist your hair lightly and massage the scalp for at least 3 to 4 minutes especially in trouble areas like edges or just any breakage area. Just thought I would throw that in lol.

Haven't watched the video yet but you look beautiful 😍 Also, unrelated, ladies, my hair was stuck at shoulder length for years. A few months ago, I started using rice water for one week straight each month (because if you use it daily, it will dry out your hair from too much protein), and my hair is legit at my bra strap. Here's my routine: (besides wash day, it's extremely simple). *I wash my hair every three weeks* *Wash day* Deep condition with honey/coconut milk. Rinse. Apply Indian healing clay, rinse and apply shampoo and conditioner as normal. That's it. *Week 1* Apply rice water to hair/scalp and seal with coconut oil or olive oil. *Next two weeks until wash day* Apply coconut or olive oil to hair/scalp as needed throughout each day. That's it! Thats all I do and my hair has been growing like a weed. Less is really more, I'm serious. However, if you don't like the simplicity, you can always spray water, or water mixture, or coconut milk in your hair before adding the oils. You can also add peppermint to everything lol. Peppermint is a great essential oil that I sometimes use. Btw another underrated thing about growing hair is *drinking water*. I doubled my water intake as well, and I really think that's another reason why my hair is growing so much. Hope this helps somebody ❤️

Rinse your hair with Aloe Vera juice after rinsing your conditioner and don’t wash it out. Really helps with dry hair. Think of hyaluronic acid in facial creams, aloe Vera is the equivalent for your hair.

About 5 years ago, I used to go to this shop that always braided my edges, I never really worried about my edges as much as I do now I was more focused on the length of my hair. On the second day with my braids, all the braids that were attached to my edges fell out and I didn't know what to do. When you apply rice water, it is good to use some leave-in conditioner and oil, or you can mix the oil in the rice water. Also add some type of oil to your scalp prior to using the rice water.

@@nokwandazwane9217 I normally apply the rich water on every wash day, first apply the rice water on the hair and cover with cap and allow to stay for 45 minutes then do my normal washing.

Since I’ve got time to grow my hair now I might as well do this🤷🏽‍♀️ I’ll post my results on my channel🤪 thank you for this! Update: so I just did it for 5 days instead and the left side of my hair and the back stayed at the same length (27 cm) whilst the front of my hair grew from 28cm to 30cm. I didn’t post on my channel because I didn’t do it for the full 2 weeks, hope this helped anyone

Im only on day 3 of this rice water and it made my hair so thick and my curls more define I’ll keep y’all updated also in this comment (Update February 9th2020 it grew I’ll say about 3 1/2 inches I had stop for some months but it definitely made it longer it’s past my shoulders)

Fatmata • put the rice in a jar then pour water in the jar with the rice let it sit in my room for 24-48 hours than put it in a spray bottle and put it in your hair for 5-30 minutes
