How long do you let the rice water sit in the container before you spray and do u to rinse out the water from the rice immediately and then let it sit and what is the recommended amount of days to do the rice water treatment
@djenabou_4 жыл бұрын
Jeanne Bautista you wash your rice then put water • leave it for at least 1 day (u can keep it longer if u want) • some people do it everyday but if you do that be careful because you don’t want to get a protein overload • once u put the rice water in your hair leave it for at least 30 minutes then wash it out • hope this helped!

Hey Raquel, thank you so much for the rice water updates. I started using rice water after seeing your very first video and it has been a staple in my hair care routine since. Disclaimer: I'm a lazy natural so I might be slowr than others in seeing results. Lol. My experience? My hair hasn't really shown that much growth, but the shedding has lessened SIGNIFICANTLY! Also, My scalp doesn't itch as much as it used to. I suffer from eczema and even that has improved. My hairline hasn't shown much of an improvement, but we live in hope, right? Lol. All in all, I'm happy with the rice water addition to my routine and I'm gonna keep it... Keep shining ngoanana :)

@chanreka5 жыл бұрын
@@neeliewhoisasking7014 sure I will share. Sharing is caring 😁. So I actually use rice water while my crochet is in. And what I do is 1st I rinse my scalp with witch hazel. This helps soothe any itching or irritation my scalp might have. I use a squirt bottle to help me really get in the braids. I than massage that into my scalp and then I apply the shampoo using the same squeeze bottle. Here is the catch with the shampoo I put some in the bottle with water and peppermint oil. I than give my hair a good massage and really work all the dirt out. I then rinse and dry as much of the water I can with a towel. From there I rinse out the bottle and add my rice water (I put orange peels in my water so the smell is cool with me 😁) I ensure I apply the the water right into the braids and then do a good massage. From there I add my deep conditioner and repeat massage. I then put a plastic cap on my head and I sit for 30 minutes to an hour just depending on what I'm doing. Than I rinse and add my leave-in and oil allowing my hair to finish drying via air the remainder of the day. Usually takes about 2 hours from start to finish. I do this once a month. But I do wash weekly just minus the rice water. I have been doing this since the beginning of the year and I have seen almost 3 inches of legit growth in length and more than anything my hair has thicken considerably. Good luck hope this helps!
