Davis, I've been a long time viewer of your channel and have watched almost all your videos but have never commented on your videos. But after watching this video, I must say this... I've watched tons of so-called option gurus videos on KZbin and many claim they're millionaires or got rich from trading, but they NEVER show their trading account or portfolio. But you on the other hand, have never once said you're a millionaire or talk about being rich. But from your portfolio it's clear you're a millionaire! You're the Silent Millionaire :) And you're so humble & genuine from what I can tell of your videos. Why can't more KZbinrs be like you??? I'm so glad I found your channel, Davis. You've won a supporter for life!

I agree Loganeer. I also have watched lots of Davis videos and have not commented, but I do sense Davis sincere desire to help rather than sell "training videos". It does seem that Davis does not need to make money on training videos. He makes money trading investing, researching and diversifying. Many other youtubers somehow claim they can make millions but require $40.00 / month for subscriptions... sure. I do think that Davis is at a point that he could be more helpful by showing how to really help a true beginner get started on this trading path. By this point I got his strategies and methodology down pat, and it makes sense, but still, I do not know the best broker and tool to use to test these strategies. I think it would be such a powerful video (or video series) if Davis could show us how he would "help" someone to get started - or how he would start from scratch - with, let's say $10K on hand: What platform and tool he would use, how would he paper trade" initially and, eventually, how he would start real trades.

Right, a lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their emotions, no offense. Every month I try to allocate a portion of my income into high yield investments. But I’m curious, how feasible is it to make my yearly salary in just one month without jeopardizing my portfolio
@Sanchyfab4 ай бұрын
It’s definitely possible but extremely risky. You’d have to dive into high risk, high reward investments like cryptocurrencies or penny stocks. The current state of the US economy, with its volatility makes it even riskier

I tried something similar last year and ended up losing a significant amount of my portfolio. With inflation and market fluctuations it’s better to stick with more stable investment unless you have a solid backup plan and can afford potential losses

Not offering any particular advice, but I can assure you that it's not as hard as many people think it is. Ordinary investors lack the requisite level of diligence, so having a financial advisor on board is usually highly beneficial. In the market, this is how people generate enormous profits.

I agree. There's a lot of potential in the market. My friend introduced me to a financial advisor in 2021, and even though I was skeptical, I went on. I finally was making enough monthly dividend to quit my soulless job and pursue my dream to start a restaurant in New Jersey.

People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.

In all of your previous videos you put forward ONE way of doing it but this video shows how you combine them all together to create a profitable safe way to trade options no matter what the market is doing. I love the T bill part by the way that is new to me. Hi Davis. I thought all your shares are safe as the broker only acts as a custodian of the shares. The shares are in your name if you hold long positions so should not be at risk if the broker goes down. The SIPC comes into play for cash held by the brokers. The limit is $500k but Schwab holds additional insurance. I am not sure of the treatment of options or T Bills in such circumstances.
@neals29904 ай бұрын
Great video Davis. Instead of using T-bills like you, I have built a CD ladder in which I am buying three month CDs each week and having older CDs expire each week. Currently, I have built out a three month ladder and am considering extending it to a six month ladder. Do you have any thoughts on using T-bills versus CDs?

Now to my question: With the market now on the upside, i think a bit hard to enter into selling put and dangerous to sell call. Each contract is 100 stocks and good stocks are mostly above $100.
