Your brussel sprouts are huge! 😍😍 I love that you’re not pulling the entire plant out when harvesting. Watching you picked them one by one is so satisfying. Most videos I watched, the gardeners either cut the whole plant down or pulled them out. I would just pick what I would eat for that meal and let the others continue to grow bigger. Thank you for sharing! I’ll start my seeds this summer for a Oct-Nov harvest since that’s when it gets cold here in Tennessee, USA.

Many people in the northern states of the U.S. wait till we get frosts because it makes the sprouts sweeter

I’ve never had home grown brussel sprouts, but I know I don’t like the shop bought ones, do the home grown ones taste a lot different? Are they sweeter, nuttier maybe? They just look so tasty I really want to like them 😃

I've been gardening for over 30 years and this is the first time I've grown brussels sprouts. They certainly don't look like yours. Mine are about the size of marbles and there's only a few on each plant.
