I literally am OBSESSED with how comforting you are when you talk about how you don’t feel guilty for eating three donuts because your body is CRAVING them and as much as I try to tell myself that, I still feel somewhat guilty. I’ve been working on my relationship with food for a little over a year now and I have made great progress and coming across your videos was amazingggg. I LOVE your content. All of the what I eat in a day videos on KZbin are all from vegans and vegetarians who eat the most perfect balanced meals every single day and when I watch those it definetly makes me feel bad for eating a donut when I shouldn’t, that’s why I LOVE your videos they are so realistic. You are officially my new favorite youtuber❤️ and also I never comment on KZbin but I love how relatable I feel to your content

Relationships are with people not with food ok?
@devilzfood4 жыл бұрын
@@angelotanase7575 We live in a culture where we are raised to create relationships with food. We associate food with many positive feelings because of family traditions, holidays, etc. Getting buttery popcorn at the movie theater. A giant christmas dinner. A treat at the store. Delicious meals that our grandmother makes. Birthday cake. Celebratory dinner. Eating disorders exist because people have unhealthy relationships with food, people are obese or underweight because they have unhealthy relationships with food and it's in all of the medical and science journals. So while in theory we SHOULDN'T have relationships with food, it should simply exist to nourish us, it's just not how we exist at this time. Have a nice weekend :)

but honestly I also think it's easy to have this mindset when you're not already way overweight and starting to lose weight with little to no knowledge about health and fitness. it's very nice to see how you can eat whatever you crave and not worry about gaining unhealthy weight. it's the balance every girl will die for. for some people (like myself who has been trying to be healthy since 13 im 24 now) it really isn't as plain and simple. but i think it's all in the mind and the real change in lifestyle starts there. I love your videos sm❤🙏🏽

i feel this a lot. i've been overweight since i was about 11-12 and i've struggled with my weight since then (i'm now almosy 20). it is refreshing to see people push for more realistic and healthy relationships with food, but i have always felt a little off since most of the people i've seen share this lifestyle because didn't already start off as obese or overweight. they have helped me with disordered eating for sure and i appreciate the advice i've gotten. it's just a little hard to stay motivated when i don't exactly see anyone i relate to. it's ok though. i've learned a lot and i'm slowly making my way to my goal :)

This is really helping me not feel guilty about what I eat and just motivating me to fuel my body with what it wants and that it is ok to eat some sugary good treats sometimes so thank you for helping my relationship with food!❤️

Damn I wish I could eat like this. I know that I have a very unhealthy relationship with food, all I think about 24/7 is food and how I can’t eat any of the food I want and feeling constantly hungry and craving food. But I put on weight very easily and I just can’t find absolutely any motivation to work out 😔

Alessia Kate i relate to this so much. I just cant stop thinking about food and i hate how every time i keep thinking about whether i ate more than usual or something or if i will get fat in a single day and now since my parents are scared about the virus we dont eat food from outside and like the one time we got something i was so scared despite knowing its delicious and i starved myself the next day and worked out more and seeing her it just makes me feel like i should just be happy like why cant i enjoy then foods i like without worrying much about all this and i can always make myself get back in track and i can enjoy healthy foods and foods that satisfy my cravings too. She makes me want to enjoy and be happy with my food without all the worry

You don’t have motivation to work out because your not eating enough. This leads to binging and not being able to workout

Ok, I have a bit of a suggestion. Try Sydney Cummings. Im not a KZbin workout kind of girl, but I have been in a bit of a workout rut for a while, and this girl means business. My 40 minute workout went by so fast! And I’m a student athlete, so it was nice to have a KZbin video that really pushed me to my limits. Ps: this is just a suggestion. She does use a lot of weights, so if that might not work, please don’t feel obliged to do her workouts. I just thought I’d try and help a fellow superwoman out!

I know this is really late but I hope you see this. You may put on weight if you eat a reasonable amount because you ruined your metabolism as I did. Try adding 100-200 calories a week to renew your metabolism. It worked for me and I have much more motivation to work out too. Best wishes, recovery is worth it!

I have the same problem, but i eat even i feel gulity because of that. I also workout out but i cant see any difference after 2 months so i dont know what to do. I really LOVE food, so i cant just eat less, but i want to lose weight.

I love how your treat yourself by not restricting your diet. Thats good. Because I realized the more you restrict yourself with food the more you binge eatin and greater the volume you consume. I really love how comfortable you're talking about listening to your body food needs. ❤️❤️
