Hello!! If you've seen my How I healed my hormonal acne video you know I struggled with intense hormonal acne from stress and was FINALLY able to heal it only to be left with.... all the scars. In my case I had mostly post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), which are those dark marks or spots left behind after a pimple heals. These became almost as frustrating to get rid of as the acne but I did my research and tried some things out that I want to share to help you on your healing journey!

You re beautiful inside and out. Love your presentations and way of living. I used to have bad acne into 20s and occasionally went for deep facials which did used to help but it was only temporary and quite costly. Best ever for stress is hammam... and for asthma too..
