Hello Dr. Sarah. Thank you for sharing your updates with us! I’m so happy to hear about all of the things you’re doing, sauerkraut, cod liver oil, stress management! I have to tell you that this winter has been the BEST my scalp has been in my life since ordering the Kamedis Shampoo, it’s something I think I’ll be using for a very long time until my eczema clears up more. I’d love to hear more about the oral microbiota and oil pulling:)

My skin on my neck is hyper reactive to anything that isnt fragrance free light moisturizer. I no longer use any products other than basic moisturizer on my neck and find i now react terribly to adapalene and cant use it because any contact around my eyes causes redness swelling and burning for days. I also will get discoid rashes on my legs if i dont moisturize every day. I do so i havent had it for years. Is this more consistent with contact dermatitis than eczema? I did get childhood eczema behind my ears knees and elbows that was very painful but grew out of it. Also thank you SO much for your wholistic approach to health and skin health including the mental piece. That gets left out so often but is so so important! ❤

Hi Dr. Sarah, thank you for your updates. It's so inspirational..My 20 yr old daughter has dyshidrotic eczema on her feet. So I wonder how do you manage the itchiness of your eczema..Should my daughter stop her tropical medications like steroid creams/ointments and the anti suppressant even if there is flare ups? Thank you doctor . Hope you answer my questions.. God Bless and more power. May you continue to give us updates on natural healing and diet plan 😊

Do you recommend people to take prebiotics and/or probiotics especially to combat gut dysbiosis and support good gut health? I have persistent rashes on my neck and a bit on inner elbows.. I want to try taking Greek yogurt and/or natural pickles (or sauerkraut) for probiotics intake purpose. What do you think?

I have what looks like acne on my legs but I’ve had it since I was like 5 or younger than 7 for sure and I thought it was acne or mosquito bites till I found out I had eczema but I thought I only had it around my eyes, top of my top lip, and crease of my arm. I went to a dermatologist and they took a sample of my arm that eczema went away almost instantly but I’ve been using quadriderm for my face it’s a steroid cream over the counter and it burns for a few seconds when applied but it clears my face instantly after like 3 days of use it’s gone for awhile but I still can’t figure out my legs and I can’t afford dermatologist 😭

What do u recommend for a 9 month old baby? My son has severe eczema and I bf him. I realise whatever I eat effects him. Sugar and red meat flares his eczema. He is sensitive to egg and mushroom. He is going to see an allergist soon to rule out more of what he is sensitive with... It really affects him daily. And living in tropical humid climate (Singapore) affects him.

Look at what you are eating. If you eat wheat you might want to stop it. Barbara O'Neill said it takes 5 minutes to eat wheat but it takes at least 6 weeks to get rid of it from your organism.
