I had ulcerative colitis and cured it naturally. I'm in complete remission, and the cure is simple diet changes. I have no symptoms, no surgery required. This is my colitis story, how I healed myself for good, the exact treatment I used, and all my tips and tricks to rebuild your colon from this nightmare disease. This is how I cured myself of colitis, and how you can overcome crohns, ibs, ibd or any other digestive disease. This was a video for George Saint Pierre after recently being diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. May this video find you ;)

Lol the typical misdiagnosed bs argument, my body heal itself of a real crohn diagnosis with kinda the same method and water fasting + total rest/ max sleep, even more efficient that way, dairy, fried foods and possibly gluten are the devil when you have these kind of problems~ Did you see this video Kasey? kzbin.info/www/bejne/mWS2hH9pZZKeh80

Krazy Kite I feel your pain, I Also have been diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis for 4 years now and have been on so many different treatments, and non of my gastroenterologist doctors believe that it has to do with diet. But I want to transfer to an alternative doctor because it really does have to do with your diet. I’ll be praying that you can get through this and can be fully healed.

I had a good three years, then relapsed. Don’t give up. It’s the kind of disease that requires us to pay close attention to our bodies and to have patience with it. It’s trying it’s best to fight but without knowing we eat stuff that we haven’t identified that we can’t handle while our body is compromised. As we heal slowly we can tolerate more and more food items but we can’t go back to eating unhealthy or foods we just can’t handle. Best wishes.

I was diagnosed with UC 7 years ago. I took countless medications including azathioprine, steriods, mesalamine, etc. All of these medications eventually stopped working and I lost hope until I came across your video when looking for answers. I started this juiced celery method about 3 days ago and I’m already seeing results! I usually don’t comment on videos but I thought it was appropriate to thank you for helping me find a cure. Thank you :3

I only started researching colitis this morning. For years I complained of colon discomfort. I was beat up bad, life was one big flare up. I drank lemon juice every morning and stopped dairy, breads, carbs which helped a lot but I still get these flare ups. It's so cool to see I am not alone and that this is a real thing with a name. Best of all I get to watch nice vids like this on suggestions how to beat it without meds. I don't do meds apart from marijuana which has been a blessing with flare ups...eases the pain straight away.

Great video. Thanks for sharing the journey. I'm also healing many of my symptoms (neurological, adrenal, digestive, etc) thanks to fruits. Cooked foods cause my symptoms to flare, so I'm still sticking with raw vegan. But I'm happy for you that you feel way better ! I can't wait to be fully healed. My 20s have also been shit, and I look forward to getting my life back again. Now my main goal is healing my adrenals, which take a lot of time to heal. I'm thinking of trying a juice fast but might be too intense for my weak kidneys and adrenals. So many doctors tried to scam me into taking meds and told me I'm stuck like this (I've also been deleted from forums because I talked about the benefits of a fruit diet, wow. Bunch of people attached to their diagnosed illness identity. Those people usually don't end up getting better since they bought into dogmatic allopathic medicine thinking). It's good to be stubborn with determination to heal, so I stopped listening to their dangerous advice and look towards nature now. Your journey of health and breaking out of your comfort zone to travel is super inspiring. It gives me hope for my future, and hopefully when I heal I can finally be less of a hermit and live my damn life. Rock on

Well, he has a problem with his appendix. Which is indirectly or directly affecting his UC. He believes he would be 100% healed once his appendix is removed. Doctor visit this week or the next. Saying that, he's doing better and getting stronger. He's not boxing yet; he's playing it safe for now. However, the cabbage juice and the celery juice caused frequent trips to the restroom for him which stirred up more aggravation/flare ups in the bowels. UC is a unique disease, with many different facets that come in to play as far as allergens, food history, and medicine (the cause). There is a cure for it. It most definitely correlates with diet and supplementation. BUT I don't believe there is one exact way and that's the frustrating part......So he's doing much better but not all the way healed.

Thank you for making this video! I've had colitis since I was 14/15-doctors said it was stress related..autoimmune disease, was on countless medications-one of them suppressed my immune system for like forever, and then I was hospitalized and they wanted to remove my colon at 16! Thank god my mom said no, I'm on Lialda now-2 pills a day, don't eat red meat, in remission. Will try celery juice and cabbage juice and be consistent with it.

Thank you for this video. I could cry right now. I’ve been on immunosuppressants for 6 years since I was diagnosed. I realized everything I ate still hurt. I was getting sick all the time. It was just sucky. This year I decided to part ways with my GI and decided to stop my monthly infusions. I’m not taking any medication and my body has been a mess. I’m desperate to heal and eat normal food again. Going to try this. God help me haha!

This is the best damn thing I’ve seen this year, maybe my lifetime. I’m also a fellow UC buddy, diagnosed 2014, 5 years ago. Our story is almost identical, I was in remission for a year through healing naturally. But then ate crap tonne of goats cheese and boom 💥 Currently in a flare, but back to a vegan, celery juicing, shmooshy diet, never coming off it. Thanks for a good laugh too needed it, definitely sharing this around 💪

And he was like "Really? but you were in pretty bad shape during the colonoscopy, whad you do?". "Nothing, cabbage juice, fruits, nanas yogurt, lots of water." And he was like, "OK, jut I'm gonna prescribe it anyway, I need to see you again in 3 mos., you're gonna flare up again, you need a colonoscopy every year, yadayada." "Ok". Waited for an hour to see him less than 5mins. Thanks man, now I belieeeevee!!!

You're a medical professional huh? What are you? A CNA, CMA, or are you a candy striper. I noticed you used the word medical professional, not doctor, nurse, etc., so thinking that could be a candy striper or even a coroner for all we know.

@@mrsefmac wow 11 years that's amazing. I've only had this condition for about 10 months. But I don't get the pains people mention and doesn't seem so severe like depression and fatigue or anything. Thank you so much for this video. I'm glad that you're putting it out there that medication isn't the only solution (not really a solution at all) for Chron's and Ulcerative Colitis. I got diagnosed with Chron's 3 years ago and would have almost monthly flare ups, however, about 6 months ago I switched to the Mediterranean diet and feel great. Even without having an illness like this, I think it would benefit everyone to eat a more pure, unprocessed diet. I guess that's not what makes the insurance and pharmaceutical companies money though.
