It's absolutely amazing that GSP could compete while suffering from ulcerative colitis (UC). But GSP is amazing! For me, I didn't improve from UC until I received an infusion of Remicade during my second hospitalization. These days, I like to drink homemade kefir smoothies from raw, unpasteurized whole milk. I also drink chicken bone broth. A few months after my remicade infusion, I regained my lost weight and strength. I even perform GSP's Rushfit workouts again! My favorite Rushfit workout is Total Body Strength and Conditioning. (But in the 1st half of round 5, I substitute rows for pullups.) -I wish GSP all the best!!

I just had my first infusion of Remicade. Only 19 so pretty discouraging but was curious if you had any tips?

@@alexreliford8425 I really hope Remicade works for you. As for tips, you'll find good advice from Kenny Honnas. (Just do a youtube or google search for Kenny Honnas. My only disagreement with Kenny Honnas is that he downplays the benefits of real medicines. But his lifestyle advice is great.) Also, you will need to come to terms with the fact that from now on, you are committed to living as clean and healthy as possible. Your gut is now your master. BUT, this as a good thing! In 20 years, when you're older, you're going to look healthier, run faster, and move better than people half your age! GOOD LUCK!

I believe he ate in a 4 hour window and fasted for 20 hours everyday.
