That looks awesome! I've been journaling since I was 8 years old. Im now 22. I find it really helpful to cope. I started writing my journals on Word when I was 18 because I wrote a lot and it took me too much time to write it by hand. Every word document has over 500 pages for each year xD I have no idea how I can write so much LOL. Even though they're mostly a big "dumpster" of stuff that I think, feel and experience, they are helpful for me.

I’ve been consistently journaling for a whole year now and wow!!! My life has changed so much! My biggest tip for anyone new to journaling is; there are NO rules! It doesn’t have to be perfect and write or draw whatever you please! Write notes about how your day was and I like to write lots of quotes!!! Put photos and receipts in it to save memories!!! Make it whatever you wish!!!! 📓 🖊 ✍🏼 ❤️

make lists, write about your day/feelings, make collages, write about a special day or memory, etc. there are no rules you can literally just pick up a pen and start writing whatever words pop into your head !!!
