I floss first, then brush and I do not gurgle. It is not recommended to rinse your mouth after brushing because you rinse away the engredients ment to protect the teeth. My brackets are nice and white and I drink alot of coffee 😊

Although I guess you aren’t suppose to use whitening tooth past, because when you get the braces off the parts Uber the barleys will appear yellow cause that little part cannot whiten...

Unless you been using that stuff even before braces then they should maintain the same shade if you been using those products for a long time before getting he braces on..

is drinking tea(green,black) bad when you have the ceramic braces? i was just curuious since im a tea lover and ild be getting my adult braces in a week. thankyou

hey i know its a few months late lol, but it shouldn’t be bad, maybe use a straw or metal straw if you drink hot tea. using a straw can help with staining big time.

Use a metal straw and drink from the SIDE of your mouth and put the end of the straw kind of far back so that the coffee doesn’t spill into your front teeth.
