This is great advice, one issue for me related to standing too tall had to do with my clubs being too short for me. Standing too close to get the club grounded made me too tall and too steep and would throw my hips towards the ball.

Ah I see. Get them longer to swing more around you to set your hips better and be shallower

Hi Nate great stuff bro your instructions are clear and easy to digest ..ive tried the single plane swing before but got a bit lost haha drifted back to conventional.. more so the figure eight swing ...I'm a fan of Moe Norman and Bryson Dechambeau ..had single length irons with oversized grips just couldn't get good instruction...just wondered if you advocate jumbo grips and single length clubs with your method.. keep up the good work all the best Cheers Daniel / NZ

Thank You for your very nice feedback. I have also tried Moe Norman and Bryson Dechambeau’s swing, and I also went through a period thinking I needed one length clubs. If you’ve watched Bryson’s KZbin, you know he still shoots par with 3 Walmart clubs…. I think for Bryson specifically it offers that little bit more consistency. I haven’t personally tried single length yet….. but I want to. I do like jumbo grips as I have some on my clubs, and I would recommend them, but it depends on the person (for instance my dad hates them). Most people like them though. If we are being completely honest, single length clubs nor jumbo grips are going to drastically change someone’s game (maybe a stroke). It’s simplifying the swing. That’s my take though.
