I'm happy this woman showed how to thin wigs. I bought thinner shears at Walmart years ago but have been afraid to use them. I don't know why companies make wigs so darned thick! Most people don't have thick hair like that by nature. Thick wigs are like wearing a sign, "I'm wearing a wig."

i bought a human hair blonde wig and dyed it grey/silver i made a topper (bangs) out of it sewed it to a head band i went shopping the lady that works there said did u do something to your hair i whispered to her its a human hair wig she said.......sweetie i would not of known it was a wig til u said i walked out of there 10 ft high an confident so it depends what wigs you buy good luck in finding a good one God bless xox

I just wanted to say that I have watched SOOOO many videos on how to cut synthetic wigs, layer your wigs, etc. put it this way, I have a playlist dedicated just to cutting hair with over 800 videos saved to it. Not even exaggerating. But YOUR video was the easiest for me to follow. Not only was it the easiest for me to follow, but it’s been the only video where my haircut actually turned out really good and exactly what I was wanting. So THANK YOU. I 1,000% obviously subscribed!!! Thank you for taking the time to make such a great video ❤❤❤

@sugarpuffandfluff I’m new to wearing wigs due to hair loss, and I’ve watched many wig videos, however, this video is the first one I’ve come across that explains and demonstrates thinning wigs so well. Now, I’m not afraid to attempt it myself. Thank you so much! 💕

Hi Nisha I knew nothing about wigs until I started watching your channel My 1st wig was Editors Pick and I was so disappointed in it I felt I got a lemon. I have since bought 2 more and feel happier with those. I learnt a bit about thinning and cutting the wigs on Utube so watching you do these techniques I feel confident in tackling my own. Thankyou for all you do love Judith X

Thankyou Nisha, I’ve just started to wear a wig because of hair loss with chemo ,I was devastated to lose my hair but your videos have really helped me. I had no clue about wigs and they felt so alien to me that I was just wearing scarves around my head which didn’t make me feel good either. You look really beautiful in your wigs & with your own hair too! You have inspired me to wear my wig and feel confident, my colour is shaded biscuit too,as that is near to what my own colour was. Sorry this was long!! I’m isolating and it was nice to ‘chat’!

An excellent to Tutorial. It’s time consuming but you don’t ruin the Wig with her technique! Going to buy those scissors today. I took a razor blade and opened it three blades close together and then I twisted pieces of the hair and did it like that because I don’t have those scissors but it helped tremendously again slowly but surely it was becoming mine

Just wanted to say thank you for this, it's very helpful. I've just treated myself to the most gorgeous wine coloured lace front, but she's incredibly thick, and it's the density that's letting it down. Now with this, I feel confident I can trim her down and make her look more natural ( as natural as wine coloured hair can be!). Thanks again! :-)

I received my 1st human topper with bangs and i want to thin and little shorter like my bio bangs and i have a bob but i like bed hair look it’s 130 human hair and i have always had thin fragile hair all my life so i feel like its so much hair it’s 12 inches straight except when i wet the part the hair gets wavy which i love. I can put on my mannequin head and would love to get thinning shears to thin out and leave 1 inches longer than my hair because it will shrink when styling it. I would love your opinion that using thinning shears all over * bangs to a blob cut so always cut under the hair please let me know.. Thank You

How do you keep them from getting all tangled? Mine get all bunched up together around the bottom. Also even though I take good care of them they always seem to get all messed up and the texture changes and they no longer have that nice swingy texture. I've had this happen with 2 very expensive synthetic hair ones.
@StayFabulouswithNisha6 жыл бұрын
That happens especially with the true to life fibres, after every wear, I spray the bottom(underneath) of the wig with the Jon Renau HD Smooth detangler and brush it with a wig comb, also to get back that softness you can rinse your wig in a mixture of cold water and fabric conditioner. xoxoNisha
