It doesn’t matter which language u choose as long as they are the same type. Most popular languages are OOP. Beginners shouldn’t focus on learning the technicalities of languages , they shld learn concepts and best practices which carry forward to every language. So just pick any until u hv a specific goal to accomplish, like for an android app u’d choose Java, but that comes later.
@johnwig285
@johnwig285 3 жыл бұрын
@@manangupta676 it does matter in some sense. If you are into data science, definitely python would be ur go to. If you are into web dev, JavaScript is fundamental. If you are into embedded systems, then C++ or something. But yes you are right beginners should focus on concepts and logic like loops, not much on syntax.

Practice practice practice. Don't get caught in tutorial hell and start trying to build some small projects, you learn faster by doing and making mistakes then just passively watching. Also you don't need to memorize everything and can Google and search stack overflow. Coding isn't easy but just like with anything the more you work at it the easier it will be.

I don't think that you necessarily have to take classes and pay for them. You could just use free resources such as websites, youtube etc. I would recommend watching Programming with Mosh on youtube. He teaches different programming languages. He also hasexercise questions after teaching the videos as well.

I think it's a waste of time for him, it takes lot of time to make course on algorithms and data structures. There are so many courses here on KZbin to learn algorithms and data structures there are thousands of videos on each algorithm it just a matter of search. Or you can go for online courses on coursera you can audit them for free. Lot of sites freely explain you algorithms and you can practice algorithms for free on sites like hackerearth and hackerrank they are so many examples for each algorithms. Go try on these.
