anxiety is so annoying and i hate it, i feel the same with the whole life falling apart. i hope you know that you never need to feel bad for complaining/ranting. GET THOSE FEELINGS OUT!! what’s important is you let it out and tried to work around it even if it didn’t work you still tried. anxiety is such a hard battle to deal with and i hope you realize we care for you and love your videos. it’s nice seeing a influencer talk about it, i feel like i don’t see other people talk about how they deal with it or how it can totally ruin their day. thank you for making me feel like i’m not alone in this. love you and your videos girl!🥺❤️🙌

Girrrrl!! It’s like listening to myself talk, I have severe anxiety too and what helps me (and seems to help you) is accepting it’s just a bad day and tomorrow will be better. For me I didn’t anticipate things getting progressively worse, I just worried about my anxiety never ending and that kind of thinking would make me more anxious and everything would send me over the edge!!! I was just diagnosed with Dependent Personality Disorder. It’s a major anxiety disorder manifested in dependency on other people. I’m 19 and I had to drop out of college and I can barely leave the house by myself without having a panic attack. I pretty much experience severe anxiety 24/7 and it’s caused me to have literally no life. I love videos like this because you’re like exactly what I aspire to be. It’s nice knowing I’m not alone ❤️

OMG it happens to me as well so constantly. I totally get what you're going through and I honestly thought I was the only "drama queen" as people describe me in those moments when one simple and small comment or thing can ruin my whole day and after that it's jus none stopping bad luck. It's just such a relief to see that I'm not crazy and I'm no the only one. Thanks for making me feel better. I also try so hard not to let my mind control me.

I know this was a year ago but just wanted to let you know, I’m 41 and I’m medicated for anxiety and girl I STILL have days like this. It’s just life and that’s ok! We gotta take the good with the bad. Yes sweetheart, there are more of us who experience the struggles youve faced today. It really does tear down your whole day over the slightest thing, leaving you feeling stupid and dramatic. And those are the days where so many things genuinely go wrong one after the other piling on the difficulty. Yes. Always remember tomorrow is a new day. && also, as “obvious” as this sounds… just TRY and put your efforts and Thoughts in what you CAN control. Your thoughts and your actions and anything stressing you out are mostly about things you actually have zero control over - do the things, as little as they may seem, that you CAN CONTROL with the situation, instead of “freaking out” over the things you simply can’t control. I’m not being insensitive, I’m only saying this, becuase someone told me this way back in 2014, and nothing has helped me more. I no longer stress and let my brain run wild about things I can’t control. Well, for the most part. I’m only human so ofc I do sometimes, but I’m so much better about it becuase I just try and think logically about each and every situation. You’re so strong and brave and you didn’t just retreat to your bed and cry - you went out and did what you initially had planned on doing (working out). And that’s a huge thing. So in that moment focus on that and the little victories. You’ve got this and this is a year old so I really hope you’re doing better. You’re a gem!

You took all the required steps to get issues resolved. Be proud of yourself regardless of the outcome. I have horrible days at times where everything is going wrong and my anxiety is at 1000 but I try my best to take on one thing at a time and once I tackle each issue it's just a matter of waiting it out. Everything will be ok. I'm way older than yo, and I have off days, but anxiety is not about age... sometimes we can't control it. Do your best and give yourself some grace.

I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression at the age of 13. At the age of 19 after being in a bad relationship i was diagnosed with PTSD after being abused. There are times i wake up feeling the same as you do and it feels like nothing car make it better. Never forget your family and friends and remember to never forget to reach out to them when feeling this way

You're doing amazingly well, I know all it takes is one little thing to make your anxiety go through the roof and that's all you can think about to the point you want to hide away all day. You pushed through, and even though amazon is still being unhelpful, you have done everything in your power to correct it. I like that you go to bed with a positive outlook , that is something I will strive to do when anxiety hits, I tend to wallow too much and not be productive. I even make my bed which is a change😅. Oh that is really hard to deal with when you have so much to do My daughter was A CHI OMEGA and lived in the house for a year. Some days were great and others were challenging.We had many late night chats but she did most of the talking and I just listened. With anxiety you sometines feel like you are the only one but lots of college students do.There is a lot of stress also being on your own.You are a bright,beautiful young lady and I assure life does get easier. I'm 30 years old , a mother to a 6 year old and a wife. I live with anxiety and i fell you when one thing happens it's like the world is ending, and even if you talk to somebody, if they don't live with anxiety they won't understand. I relate to you so much with the anxiety! I have really high anxiety, I just get overwhelmed so easily. When u were talking about one bad thing happens it gives u anxiety I totally get that. I feel like a lot of our generation has been so focused on anxiety but it's something that is actually a thing and it sucks. I love u so much!!

Anxiety and it’s disorders and different symptoms. Messes and shows up on everyone differently. One of mine is having muscle spasms, intrusive thoughts heavily. With that saying give everyone grace. We all have the anxiety emotion in our brain (it’s apart of the amygdala) it’s a whole lot lol. Give everyone grace. We all face challenges❤️we’re human, it’s not design to be perfect

Girl, I also have anxiety so I know what it’s like. I don’t get much sleep at night because of it. and it’s hard for me to focus in school. I’m a sophomore in high school. It’s very difficult and very stressful living with anxiety so I know you’re going through. It’s not good but it’s OK.♥️♥️

I am currently letting one thing control me and has done for the last 4 days and probably will keep killing me off slowly for the next week and a half till it is over 👍🏼gotta love anxiety 😅

I totally get how you feel as I suffer with anxiety and depression very badly. One day I can wake up feeling fine, and then the next day I can feel like crap. I take my hat off to you will be able to get out of bed and still get on with the day when I have trouble sleeping I cannot do anything but lounge around all day because I just feel like shit so at least you were able to do something with your day. I wish I could.

I have anxiety and autism. I feel exactly how you feel, it sucks and it’s super draining. What helps me is just having more than 5 hours a week to just be alone and do nothing this allows me to recharge
