Be careful in this comment section you guys you have bots talking to other bots making it look like a successful conversation is happening to convince you to contact random people about crypto, don’t do it.

Wow, I've seen that happen once before on some video. But who knows if they were bots, it could have just been a ring of scammers in a coordinated effort to scam folks.

They are scammers. You need to report them to KZbin. Click on the reply button then click on scam. Tell your viewers to do the same. Also make a disclaimer in your video verbally or put it on your screen in the background. A lot of KZbinrs do this to earn and protect their viewers from getting scammed. These Scammers need to be stopped. They need to get a real job.

I was humble to a fault thinking I shouldn’t want or don’t need these luxury items or lifestyle. But my mentor has given me opportunities and exposed this healthy, wealthy, entrepreneurial lifestyle to me and I want it! I learned I shouldn’t feel ashamed to want nice things. Exposure is key to finding out what you like and don’t like. It also helped to set goals. I’ve already broken the cycle in my family and I want to continue growing and thriving! I work for a tech company (Pro Audio Nerds) as a graphic designer & more plus I love making YT videos! Creating a schedule, being consistent, and pouring into my self care has made a huge difference. Ps your hair is gorgeous 😍😍🧡

7:45 - There is a thing called good debt, if you ever plan to purchase a house in the near future and do not have standing orders coming out of your bank every month to help improve your credit score, then getting a credit card is the best way to boost your credit score. Credit cards are not bad, they are a tool. If you are not disciplined in using the tool, you will reep the consequences. The same thing applies to money, it is a tool. If you spend recklessly, you will struggle, but if you spend wisely you will not struggle financially. The key is to know how to use a tool for whatever purpose you intend. If you lack knowledge in how to use a tool, then you will most likely reep the consequences.
@AdamaLorna2 жыл бұрын
This is true, debt can be used as a tool to make money so thank you for adding that to the conversation. However, the section of the video where I discussed this had a heavy focus on consumer debt and the use of debt to purchase things one cannot afford. An example of how many people have consumer debt that spirals out of control as the pursue lifestyles that they cannot afford. I believe the lesson of avoiding debt for the most part in one’s early years was helpful for me. This video was about my journey and being without debt gave me the freedom I needed to move in a way I’ve seen many crippled by debt unable to do.

I love what you said throughout your video. I'm a little iffy on what you said on having debt. There is good debt and there is bad debt. Buying a house is an amazing debt because in all likelihood the value of the house will go up and it also depends on how people use credit cards. You can use credit card to your advantage if you know what you are doing.❤️
@AdamaLorna2 жыл бұрын
Thank you! You’re right there can be good debt but I did focus on consumer debt and buying things one cannot afford with other peoples money but thank you for adding that. In my journey I think avoiding debt and prioritising income sources has worked in my favour but I imagine there may be points in the future I use debt to help with building wealth in other ways 😊
@ClaireFaeryy2 жыл бұрын
Actually, it typically costs more or one breaks even when buying a home unless paying cash. Because money spent on taxes, insurance, repairs etc adds up quickly and is a lot of money… it’s not always worth it to buy vs rent. I learned this from the book “Quit Like a Millionaire” of course, with all that being said one must simply do the math and figure out how much it would cost them to own a house when taking out a mortgage vs renting. I thought I needed to buy a home as soon as possible but reading that book made me rethink how I invest. I always use a credit card though for points and credit and then pay it off every month ✨
@tinabean7132 жыл бұрын
@@ClaireFaeryy I think it also depends on how long you will be in the home. I bought my house before the big bubble burst and was upside down on my mortgage, which meant it would have been difficult for me to sell up and relocate for work if I needed to, luckily my company only sent me 67 miles away from the house for one year and then I was able to transfer back to a location 7 miles from home. My utilities are/were a lot higher than they were in the apartment and I have spent a lot on repairs and upgrades: AC replacement, insulation, siding, better windows, etc over the years. That all added up for sure, but my total housing payment did not go up over the years the way rent did, even with the tax and insurance increases added in, so I had much more stability in that regards. And in the end I will own my home and only need to pay taxes, insurance & repairs in my old age.
