In breaksfsst i eat partha and fried egg in lunch i eat whatever cooked in home either rice or roti and in dinner i eat ruce with daal is it right way to lose weight

@mahakqureshi5599 During your weightloss journey try to replace paratha with simple roti.. Try to half the quantity of roti as compare to your normal routine.. Eat more salad drink more water during the meal And the most important take green tea or weightloss qhewa after lunch and dinner both Your last meal should be before 8:30 pm You will surely loose weight this way Good luck 👍
