What I suggest! A good meal plan to stay healthy and lean Meal 1 - Breakfast which is the most essential meal. 2 egg whites with 1 slice of brown bread or 35g of oats with a fresh juice. Meal 2 lunch - 120g brown or white rice with 100g chicken breast and vegetables. Meal 3 Dinner - 100g of fish or chicken with stir fried vegetables. This is just an example of a healthy meal prep. You need carbs in your meals in order to gain energy if not your body is gonna feel weak and lazy! So balancing your macro nutrition is key. I do not recommend cereal instead try and have some fruits and a protein shake before bed. The goal is to increase the protein intake and consume a small amount of carbs and fats. This will help you to stay lean and fit not skinny and weak.

I'm gonna go on a bit of a rant and say that I find it really cringy how sri lankans tend to put western food on a pedestal lol. Like if you take cornflakes, it is often processed with things like palm oil and has very little fibre. If you want to go the cereal route, you can try oats or barley-they're less processed and still have fibre. And I've also seen Sri Lankans trying to do 'salads' while on a 'diet' and pile on iceberg lettuce (nutritionally useless), and croutons (again nutritionally useless). There are traditional sri lankan breakfasts (e.g. boiled chickpeas, mungbeans with lunu miris) that are way better, filling and more nutritious than cornflakes. Even in the West, they tell you to stay away from cornflakes on a diet, lol. It's just that Sri Lankans don't know how to make the most of Sri Lankan foods.

Firstly I'm sorry but someone has to call this out. THIS IS INFLUENCE GONE WRONG. A. do a little bit of research before you tell people to starve themselves. This is not a healthy way of loosing weight for people who have ACTUAL excess weight and not a little bit gain on. Doing this with absolutely no exercise is MORE THAN UNHEALTHY it's unrealistic! Tip 1. skipping meals: You're not able to maintain weight loss in the long run. Because your mealtimes are so unpredictable, your body will keep what it can and won't burn calories efficiently. Your hunger hormones can also take a hit if you're skipping meals. CORNFLAKES FOR DINNER ? Contrary to what many corn flake brand advertisements will have you believe, breakfast cereal is not very healthy, let alone helpful in weight loss. The flakes may be low in fat, but they make up for that in the amount of sugar present in them, making them unhealthy for daily consumption. Corn flakes contain high levels of sugar in the form of high fructose corn syrup (HFCS). This means they have a high Glycaemic Index (GI) value, making them not apt for daily consumption. Experts suggest that consuming high-sugar foods for breakfast may promote weight gain and may result in insulin resistance in the body, leading to diabetes. High levels of sugar in the blood drive the levels of insulin to go up, which in turn results in the storage of fat in the cells. This then translates to weight gain. So now you know! If you want to lose weight, ditch sugar-laden corn flakes and opt for healthier breakfast options like oats and muesli that does not come loaded with 'added sugar'. The only good thing in this video was the part to drink water and that's true. But guys!!! If you want to lose weight in a healthy way you need to work out, drinking lemon water, starving yourself will not do the trick in a good way. You've heard the phrase "you can't out-exercise a bad diet," and this is the bottom line when it comes to maintaining a healthy body. Nutrition and exercise are both important parts of losing fat and gaining strength. As for this video PLEASE DO RESEARCH BEFORE YOU SAY THINGS SO EASILY! and im sorry to say this, this way i really am.. but one has got to say something when such things are being said..
