Thank you Annie for your content and opening up about your health journey. Your journey is REAL and I appreciate that. There are too many people trying to connect with their audience when they have not been through certain things. You have, you overcame it and thanks for teaching us to do the same :)

It’s beautiful to follow your evolution for 12 years now. I remember that the first video I saw of you was an Olivia Palermo makeup tutorial. I now feel like all your baby content will also become relatable to me. So thank you ❤ God Bless You x

Anne, I’d like to say thank you. I just had my first baby a few months ago and I have been one of your followers for a few years. So i felt you helped think of things I needed to get ready for my baby. Plus the labor. Now that my baby is here. I still love to watch you!

thank you so much for this video ! I am currently 3 months postpartum, I can't wait to go back to my fitness routine but as you said it takes time and it's important to make sure your body (perineum, abs) is back on track to enjoy it without hurting yourself. Lots of love xx

The first year is so chaotic, especially without help, it took me another one to somewhat recover, physically and mentally too. 🥴😅 Loved this video 😊

I have a 7-year-old and an 8-month-old, and I understand how tough recovery can be. After my first, it took two years to feel mentally recovered, though I bounced back physically. This time the roles have reversed and mentally I feel great, but physically I'm still not there. What helps me is remembering how quickly this stage passes and how precious it is. My daughter looks to me as her safe place, I try really hard to maintain that space for her! Physically, none of my clothes fit and I live in leggings lol, but I remind myself my body did something amazing and I have faith that my body will be as strong as it once was when the time is right! I hope this helps. It's truly a journey, and things will change with each stage so don’t ever feel like your life is going to be what it is now, forever. Each stage passes in a flash! All the best mama ❤

3 years is way too long. Maybe 1 year and 2-3 month. The child is so big for breastfeeding at this age.

@@OksanaK-cb8wiI’d say the mum knows best when to stop breastfeeding. Your comment is completely irrelevant and unnecessary.

Wait I’m sorry, Mo didn’t start helping with his child until she was 6 months old? And also, he was not “helping” because he’s not a babysitter. He’s a father. Oh Annie I’m so sorry. If a child has 2 parents, they should both be involved and actively parenting. It must have been so hard doing it all on your own for so long.

@viktoriakovacs46095 ай бұрын
She didnt say this. Only that he started put her back to sleep. Mybe the baby didnt accept other ppl to put her sleep , before, but mum. Both my 2 babys accepted only me for almost everything, mainly to put them and back to sleep, for a really long time.(longer than the first whole year of their life) It happens with exclusively breast feeded ( feed to sleep) babys so often. And with any other babys too. No judge
