Omg, thank you so much, Gina! I just recently started with my fitness journey and you've played a giant part in it. I initially got inspired by you and how far you got at home. during a PANDEMIC. I seriously love you so much and I'm so thankful for your videos, posts, and TikToks. Keep it up girly.

Honestly incredibly motivating. I always worked out and was still working out up until the pandemic started. When I couldn't go to the gym anymore I gained 30lbs. Following your videos is encouraging. I'm still waiting a little bit to buy the book, but when I have time I follow your videos

losing weight is not easy you guys it takes a lot of work, dedication and especially if you have eating disorders. looking back 6 months ago I was 264lbs but now I’m 163lbs. It was pure sacrifice, so I’m here to encourage anyone trying to lose weight not to give up 🔥🔥🔥

You should make a video of how to lose weight with at home workouts. Many people think that you need a gym to lose weight and lift weights.

Maybe try find ways of incorporating chocolate or chocolate flavours into your regular meals. I love chocolate as well so I do chocolate oats and smoothies on the regular. Eating chocolate within my normal diet makes me crave it a lot less

I dont need to lose weight, I just need a toned arms, abs, big booty with no hip dips and have hour glass body 😅
@rosenambasa3 жыл бұрын
the hour glass body is currently socially acceptable and glamorised that’s why you want it. working on yourself first with exercise and how you feel with tone your body depending on your genetics. also there is no way to make the hip dips go away it’s genetically in all our bodies, the only way to remove it is surgically; that’s how celebrities have done it. good luck on your journey 🥰🖤
@royal31613 жыл бұрын
@@rosenambasa I dont want hour glass body just because it's socially acceptable and glamorised by many people. I already have curves, I just want to improve it. I know about hip dips is all about genetics, I just want it to not be more obvious..
@rosenambasa3 жыл бұрын
@@royal3161 ahh okay, i found with me since working out my hip dips have because more predominant. I also think I’ve seen other mention the same too, I don’t really understand why it is though
