First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

First of all, lift what you can while keeping good form. As you get stronger, you will be able to lift heavier weights. Second, look at your eating habits and prefer a plant-based diet with NO junk foods, sodas etc..... Last, include cardio workouts like running, cycling or if you can't, start by walking. You MUST be regular.
@Littlemissdidi7 ай бұрын
@@dakotalake9084 We're omnivores. A well balanced, healthy, natural diet includes animal produce. Chicken, fish, eggs etc. Rich of so many amazing nutrients and proteins. It's even more important for menopausal women to eat lots of meat. People should only go plant based if they have allergies and other complications that prevent them from adding it into their diet. Going plant based will also just make it harder to get all the necessities without supplements, which is only discouraging for people just starting to get into health.
@dakotalake90847 ай бұрын
@@Littlemissdidi Millions of people worldwide do not eat animals. It has been 40 years for me and my doctors find me much healthier than people who eat meat. Studies show that a plant-based diet will add years to your life. Plus my conscience is at peace because I don't contribute to horrific suffering for my pleasure. I hope you evolve, that is my wish for you.
@Nobody-tj9jo5 ай бұрын
@@dakotalake9084A plant based diet doesn’t automatically equal healthy. Plant based just means no animal product is present. You can live off Oreos and almond milk shakes and call yourself plant based, yet still be unhealthier than someone that eats meat. In reality, health is complex and there’s no one size fits all for such a genetically diverse species. And when it comes to morals, we all contribute to another beings suffering, whether it be a human or non-human, through simply existing within capitalism. Literally nothing we touch or consume is truly ethically made, unless you’re living completely off grid.

My arm is firmer but ,because of muscle, I think they are a bit bigger. My overall posture is in better form. There is less humpback and less sticking-out neck. Yea, me. I love this video because it is slower and has a 30-second rest in between unlike most videos that moves too fast. I am going to do a month of this combo (thru) January and then February I will mix it up. I also walked 1/2 hour outside today so a well-rounded workout. As a young teenager, who is not their right weight or diet, I strive to try and become better at myself. The first thing I’m thinking, is getting on my body scale. I’m already underweight for my age, and I don’t eat healthy that much. My mom forces me to work out with her, but I feel like I need to figure this out myself. And here I am! Working out all by myself! Thank you for the wonderful workout videos and keep up the good work!

Doing the entire workout along with me makes this so simple to follow! I would love to see a 45 minute MadFit routine - more than one to work different parts of my body, including cardio!

Love that it can be adjusted depending on how advanced you are, I’ve never done any sort of arm workout, so I started with 2kg dumbbells, can’t wait to see progress and be able to get heavier weights

If you do this 3 times per week, you will see rapid progress......

As 6 weeks postpartum with my second baby, I found this to be a very manageable and doable upper body workout to try and get back into regular exercise! I really like your videos and your style.. not too much extra chit chat but helpful tips to work on form. Great channel!

This was GREAT. I appreciate the directions with the form, and I liked how you don't talk all the time like so many others do! Thanks for a great 15 minute arm workout. I can definitely feel this in my triceps and biceps.

Loved this format; 1 min on, 30 sec. off. Please do more of that. Also, your helpful tips during the exercise are appreciated because we can't always see our screen while doing the exercise. Great job, keep it up, Please!
