" I am not in the USA so cannot visit your new place but you and Vito (and perhaps Barstool) have provide so much know how for my covid started obsession to get better at pizza that I feel like the only holding me back is my oven ......but the quest continues with our grill, steel plate and some calibration efforts also slightly distracted with some hand pulled Xian noodles.... for which the learning curve based on my first attempts seem to be less steep...the chilli oil could be good for the pizza efforts. thanks again and good luck

Hey man, I've been following you for a while and love your videos/channel. I know the level of thought and commitment that you've put into your pie and I think there's some language that sells you efforts a bit short in this video. Watch your video again and listen for "Kind of, pretty much, you know, really, just and sort of". These are all throwaway phrases/words that make you sound less experienced and deliberate than you are (I've seen how much you've put into this). It's a small thing, but you want to iron out everything you can in a kickstarter video. Also, it would be cool if you could incorporate the story of you basically putting yourself through pizza bootcamp to up your game, I think it's compelling and a big part of why I started following your channel.

Your 97c pizza video convinced me to finally try making pizza at home, with the help of your calculator and the simple sauce YT short you have and a pizza stone on my grill I achieved a great, crunchy light 10 inch pizza in 8 mins at 500 degrees in my Weber grill. Pizza in Cleveland and its suburbs is really underwhelming. Scotti's, Citizen Pie, and Biga Wood Fired Pizza are pretty good, not great. Closest place in Northeastern Ohio with good pizza is probably Ashtabula with Felix Pizza and Capos (although Capos is hit and miss). Cleveland definitely needs a new, great pizza place.
