How I'm Managing My Endometriosis

Today's video is an update on my endo journey and the protocols I've been following. Obviously nothing in this video is medical advice, I just wanted to share what I've learned and explain what's been helping me incase it can help someone else.
I also had my ultrasound since filming this video and I'm happy to say that my left ovary is still cyst free! I'll have another update after my meeting with the pre-conception specialist.
