A good way to make your food the same but different is to use the other variation of an ingredient. If you only use one kind of potatoes, onion,,mushrooms, beans, pasta, cheeses, try switching for a different one, it will give you a slight change up. For. Example instead of spaghetti noodles try penne but keep the rest of the recipe the same. Another thing is to add a new ingredient to something you already like. Try savory veggies in your scrambled eggs like onions, garlic, zucchini, mushrooms, spinach, or add a diced meat

Thanks for sharing - and so glad you are having less pain! I am very much a paper planner.... And 2024 is just soooo tempting for any perfectionist tendencies to come through, starting on a Monday and having the bonus day in February 🙈 Setting up my December in my planner while watching this... So yeah. Would much prefer to do next year in a hotel room without distractions as well 😂❤❤❤

Thank you for sharing this concept! It makes so much sense that it sounds obvious to me once I hear it. ...but sometimes I literally lose things right in front of me and then I need someone to point it out 😂 I'm going to start BuJo so that I have freedom to adjust but I've still had this starting anxiety stopping me. The second I read the thumbnail, I realized I can even do it in an older notebook if it's making me anxious to start in my "official" one. I'm so excited now! 😊

@@HowToGYST Yes. When I'm working with clients on increasing motivation, it's sometimes surprising to clients that they've never really intentionally sat and thought about, identified and named their core values. I find it a great reminder to refocus on my own too! I wonder what Jovie's would be?! My dogs core values are fun, loyalty, acceptance and chicken!

I am a total list maker. And I love the idea of "Dry Run December." I will check out your planner, tho I prefer a paper one. Plus, your hair is looking so cute growing out!

Getting my paper planner ready for 2024 I can only handle so much screen time. I look at my 2023 goals and think I did ok next year do better at least go away on vacation no more staycation.

I like keeping track on days I have specific pains. And even moods/ brain function/ when I feel like I am spiraling. I just have been putting little faces or one word notes on my wall calendar.

I just do it if it is annoying enough I think to mark it. I am not great at tracking but it definitely is helpful to see patterns on how I feel and why.

Ahhh yes older and wiser. Its amazing what knowing your self and reality can teach you. And ways to work with life becuse we all know it isnt perfect. I am always impressed by your progress and goals and things you achieve. You are always moving forward.

You'll need some form of note-taking app, like Notability, Goodreads, Xodo, etc. The planner comes in PDF format so any app that allows you to write on a PDF. 🙂

I've never been good at strict meal planning so I'm trying to give myself a lot of flexibility, while still hopefully getting some of the benefit.
