I'm excited to show you guys how I'm setting up and planning to use my 2019 Health and Wellness journal and tracker. I'm using the A6 Hobonichi Techo English Planner. I'm planning tracking mileage and running schedules, menstrual cycles, weight, mood, sleep, nutrition and mental health elements.
