I also had surgery on Dec 13 and I love how you are tracking recovery. It helps to see it all written out! I also love how you have action things to do when feeling a certain way! That is so helpful!

I just started a health journal in a Weeks last month. It’s taking me a while to fully decide exactly what I want to track, but so far the book seems like a great format for it!

It really is. It's the ONE book I have been solidly consistent in since Jan 1 this year.

Thank you Lisa. It is...but I also feel like if I write it down, it sticks with me more. And that's where it makes the biggest difference for me.

Thanks for the video. Avid weeks user here too. Spinning helped me reach my weight goal so quickly. It’s great. Less time exercising with maximum results. Good luck with your weight loss

I started using a Paper Mood weeks thinking I could use it for everything, but my complicated health was taking over the planner. So, I am just using it now for my health and back to my pocket sized for EDC. You gave me some great tips regarding things to add!

Hello, Amy! I’m doing research for a project where I want to create my own tracker/planner/journal for health & mental health, and to eventually sell a printable. This is very helpful.

I am thinking to have a wellness & health journal as well for 2023. Would you be using the same system for 2023?

Omg, love this idea! Also this hobo weeks design is so beautiful! I love the fact that it comes with side tabs to make the months as well. Have you used the monthly tabs? If not, do you plan to?
