I show you a typical day of training in preparation for running 3,000 km from the border of Mexico and the United States (Reynosa) to San Pedro Sula. This day I get up at 4 am to run 42 km from Guadalupe to Naco. The training lasts 5 hours and 41 minutes. It's exhausting to climb so many mountains and record content at the same time but I manage to reach Naco where the children of a school destroyed by disasters of all kinds are waiting for me.
*I am experimenting with different ways of recording and in this video you can notice a lower audio quality since I recorded with my iPhone without an external microphone. I need to solve this problem for the 3,000 km Challenge.
