Your going to spend $500 or more on a decent jump box. You can getaway with a cheap one for cars but for commercial trucks you will need a monster 24v. You will also need a good impact gun 24v something that will survive being out in the rain. You will need rim lock removal kit easily runs about 3 to 400. It adds up quick

I agree, generally mobile tire shop services are high. It's a boutique style service. Call around and get your competitors pricing and price yourself somewhere in between. But never go below the average price in your area.
